The Near-space sublimation furnace is a device for preparing CdTe film and CdS polycrystalline film by near-space sublimation method.It equipped with a four heating zone with PID control system and 3 gas MFC accuracy control system, also include sliding system and vacuum control system.The heating data can be recorded and download.
